DANCE OF THE ATOM WORKOUT
DANCE OF LIFE WORKOUT
This dance is the holistic counter part of the ‘dance of atom’. The ‘dance of life’ is done with internal focus, moving without thinking but expanding your consciousness and awareness.
This type of training consists of a series of continuous circular hand movements and radical hip shifting.
These are movements that flow in constant circular motion, resembling the spiraling movement of a tornado, through which dynamic physical activity co-exists with the inner experience of composure and calm.
Vigorous and enthusiastic participation is a basic characteristic of our workouts. The training is not only for calisthenics purposes but also to strengthen your commitment to the way of self-defense.
CORE BASIC WORKOUT

This class targets and hits the major muscle groups in your body simultaneously while building holistic health through internal focus and exercises that work on inner muscle development.
Our high-energy workout sessions are upbeat, low impact and exciting. They contribute to a well-toned cardiovascular system. These exercises consist of progressive fitness routines designed to be fun and easy to learn
Continuity is the foundation of the art of Cipher Kinetics, in the same sense as a good background for mathematics is essential training for a mathematician. To a layman, continuity would appear to be no more than a series of beautiful and graceful movements, involving circles, angles, shifting and spinning.
PROTECTIVE FITNESS WORKOUT
The unique thing about this class is that not only will you get into excellent physical and mental condition, but you will also learn how these special exercises apply in a threatening situation for self-defense; such as grabs, holds, chokes or strikes.
